Roo is really cool when not in rehearsals. One thing I have noticed though is when we're rehearsing, especially when he really gets into a rehearsal he can be unclear, hypocritical, or illogical. I remember once he was mad at us for doing something wrong and our water break was literally only 8 seconds long, I didn't even have enough time to get off the field. All together though, he is a great director, and can only get a little too much into a practice. During concert season he's great though.

I love Roo! He's a great director and tries to make everyone happy. I think the reason why some people think he's becoming a more of a "Mr. C" or whatever stupid nonsense they have to say is because some people don't respect him back. So I'm going to give him all 5s' because he knows what he is doing and does have passion!

Was okay at first but more and more like Mr. C. Would he shape up if in charge? Dunno.

Well the man would make a better boss, but he lacks the passion for the job, he is lacking in knowledge of social behaviors of an ensemble, and is absent of the ability to pull people together.
