Its okay it you don't make a good impression from the start, just don't make a bad one. Pay attention to small details on the homework and in class to get on her good side. She has favorites. Just don't talk, use your phone, and be sure to follow directions and you'll be fine. If you don't know the information decently well you probably won't get an A in the class, as the tests are mildly hard. Dig her head for additional information or you won't learn as much as you'd like for 4/AP.
She can't teach. There, I said it. Her class goes a little like this 1. Warmup. 2.Go over HW. 3. Do HW in class while Malone rambles about random Spanish grammar that should take about 30 seconds to explain. She doesn't make sure that you're learning, but it's not like listening to her would help. OK, she tries. But she's just not good enough at teaching to prepare you for Spanish 4 or AP, especially because Spanish 1 and 2 teachers at Hopkins and MSJ teach really well. Do homework in class.
good teacher good class. Felt she really prepared me for the AP test.
Not a very interesting class but she is the best spanish teacher on campus. Definetely prepares you for the next year but always pay attention and participate.
Spanish 3 and 4 were hella easy. 3 people had Bs in Spanish 4- the rest were As. Some people like the class... others find it unbearably boring.
It was pretty fun because she let us flex creativeness with small plays.
The class is fun because I like spanish. That's all i'm gonna say. Wish me luck in spanish 4 next year? haha
greatest teacher to live she hooks me up wit food nd we got great connection
rofl rofl. hillarious class as i mite say. I learned a decent amount, and managed to get through. Keeps class in check with menos even though she duz have favs.
althouugh her class is very boring. But she is better than the other spanish teachers at msj.
very good teacher, best spanish teacher at msj (the others except cochran are all really bad). i learned a lot.
