Just had her as a substitute for Mrs. Mitchell; classes were great; actually learned something; knows her stuff; nice; tries to make it interesting.
One of the best I ever had; I wish she didn't leave so I could have had her again this year. Funny, caring, knows her stuff. Talks to kids.
She is not exactly what I would call a good teacher. She has her favorites and if you aren't one of them you are are skrewed. Which is terribly unfair and wrong to other students who work just as hard if not harder for her.
Not easy, but good teacher who knows what she's doing and tries to make it interesting. Classes mostly enjoyable.
Fair, easy to talk to, tries to make class interesting, knows her stuff, really likes kids and can relate to us.
if you're not good at writing, good luck w/her class! She's funny as heck. Very supportive of me when I've been dealing with the musical primadonnas. As Sean says,"Anything Blows!"
Good teacher but unfortunately picks favorites and lets them get away with anything
Really tough on writing and you have to do your reading for Hon. Eng. Lit or you get bad quiz grades, but she's fair, fun and nice and you actually learn to write better.
She bothers to tell you what you did right and wrong in your paper. Lots of teachers don't bother. If you're an honors student you should be able to fix it or m
She is a really nice lady. VERY Specific test. when you get back a test or essay, it is corrected, but she never makes a seperate effort to help you with your p
Class definitely prepared me for college by making me learn to think. One on one tutoring for essays helped me write better too. Took the time to praise us, but
*AP2003*Seems knowledgable but doesn't teach you how to write relative to current college standards. Skipping AP to take honors will help your writing the most.
incredibly patient and understanding; tries to make class interesting; knows her stuff
AP 2003! I loved that class...my test grade didn't suffer from the fact that we talked more and wrote less...and I had a ton of fun with all the kids.
I loved her class!-the only english class I felt I actually gained something from. She didn't take us to the forest of knowledge, but instead treated us as peers.
Misko is a great teacher and has excellent political opinions!
Mrs. Misko teaches excellent gifted seminars which often feature brilliantly deisgned handouts and themes.
MISKO RULES! Cannot find a nicer teacher. Keeps class interesting and fun while still getting her point across. Great sense of humor.
Somewhat of a hard grader, but an awesome teacher!!! One of the best at the Sr High. MISKO ROCKS! Her class is a ton of fun and interesting. You're lucky if you get her for one semester, have fun if you get her for both!!!
I hear that Mrs. Misko has gourmet scrap-booking skills and that she is a great teacher.
Mrs. Misko, you are truely the best teacher I've ever had. You taught me so much and inspired me to become a better student. Thank you so much for your dedication and hard work. I had you three years ago, but still i can honestly say you are wonderful!
She gave us a project when we have 3 others to do at the same time.
It's a pleasure to have Mrs. Misko as a teacher. She's awesome. I look forward to class everyday, because it is such a stess-free environment where you're not afraid to be yourself.
She is wonderful! I've never had a more enjoyable English class!
Mrs. Misko truly believes in helping her students succeed. Any student would be lucky to have her.
Awesome teacher! Great personality, and she treats you like a human being!
