Great help! I was a student transfer and she helped me a ton!
If you take TOK, be warned. Class will be completely useless and frustrating. Dr. Blair is also an unfair grader- nothing above a 95 (her actual policy). NO ONE deserves higher? Plays favorites too.
She will con you into taking classes that you dont need. Will try to stop you from taking classes you want to take. She is trying to be helpful, but in the end it doesnt work out.
I think she is a good person, but I dont know. She is very rude to students and doesn't seem helpful or concerned with helping at all. She needs to be more personable.
She was rude to students when they presented ideas that she didnt think of or understand. She has a tendency to play favorites and was not helpful to me
Dr. Blair is a great teacher. She allows you to look at things in a different way. She's very helpful.
a little rude at times when you ask something seemingly strange, students may get that from peers so we dont need it from teachers. we should b accepted by them
Very friendly, but as the IB program director she is too concerned with getting as many full IB diploma students as possible just to make the school look good.
I was in Dr. Blair's 12th grade AP English course in 1999, and found her to be demanding, challenging, intimidating (at times), but also a great educator.
I took her IB English II class, and after taking her class, I'm a much better writer now. She prepares you well for the IB exam!
