for ocean bowl, she was really helpful. i really want to take her class, but idk how b/c of ap pverload. She taught things well, and I think that she is a kind, and efficient teacher.
easy easy easy easy easy class, fun sometimes, you can really slack off, you can take quizzes as many times as you want until you get perfect, and you can do whatever u want in class
She's nice but a little out there... i took marine bio second semester and the workload was ridiculous, to the point it was unnecessary, even though i had head that the class was particularly easy.
Actually an OK tech lab teacher. Just know that she is going to lose everything you turn in, so be prepared to turn it in again. Very helpful if you ask her questions.
Incredibly relaxed class; you learn as much as you're willing to learn on your own time and in preparation for quizzes.
Not a very good teacher. Don't expect to learn anything. Good class to sleep in.
She's ok...doesn't teach a lot, but I always had enough sleep before school so I never fell asleep in class. Specializes in marine bio, only had her for regular bio tho. Taking AP now, but I'm not doing badly either (maybe I just understand the stuff really easily?). She balanced out Walker in my IBET.
Ok, I didn't take AP Bio just because I had her for normal bio. That just about sums up her teaching skills.
very nice personally and actual class is easy, but thought questions are annoying and busywork especially when assigned on short notice
ugh. if you get her for bio, dont count on taking AP bio the next year. she doesnt teach!
she really does know a lot, shes just not good at teaching large groups of students. can be very helpful one-on-one.
She isn't very good at teaching a whole class. Working individually with her is more beneficial. Watch out for quizzes.
she cant teach a whole class of kids because she cant hold our attention...shes better at one on one tutoring
can you say powerpoints with black, point 10 font on white backgrounds?? I'll never know how anyone stayed awake in Bio. But not real hard.
Lectures are boring, dosen't really teach you. Assignes huge amounts of homework and makes you do questions that you have no information about
Biology was the worst experience of my life. I learned nothing and I am really angry with her for ruining the class for me. I slept all year.
Mrs. Wu is nice, but sometimes she just doesn't tell you enough directions, reading the textbook helps. It really does
She's not certified to teach AP Bio. Instead, she teaches marine biology.
ewewew... she spent most of our bio class on the phone or just MIA... it's an experience.. she was kinda scary... quizzes have nothing to do with the class..ugh
All I have to say is never ask to see the "pop up" books
i like her for marine bio.. that is really her thing. not so clear about assignments, but when you ask for clarity shes there for ya. very nice person
Raally nice, and I think she may know stuff (hard to tell) but she can't teach at all and class is really boring. She's interesting before and after class.
Ms. Wu is nice, but shes very odd/weird. She thought everyone in my class was stupid except for a few people. She scares me sometimes.
she's really nice, but she won't teach you anything. however, her tests aren't very hard, and if you just read the book and don't be too lazy you'll do fine.
very easy. and very nice. but i slept the entire year.
What are we doing today? (Mrs.Wu, everyday.) I don't think she actually knows enough to teach anyone properly. Run Far FAR away from her!
I have to admit that she was the best IBET teacher, easiest, nicest.
nice, enthusiastic+knowledgeable marine bio teacher, hard final project
The fourth quarter i turned everything in on the last real day and got an A stil
If all we had to learn was "2+2=4" we'd still fail without our textbooks.
Very nice, but much better off as a kindergarten teacher...
A mostly teach-yourself course. Don't try learning the material solely from her.
had her last year, walked out of class after 5 min while we were dissecting pigs
she tries....i guess....but Marine Bio rocked, so it's ok
She spent all of 9th grade Bio on the phone. Not a bad person, but can't teach
A&P is a weird course...easy until the end of the unit, then busy work
