Mrs.Olps is an amazing teacher and she is an amazing person as well. I was really bummed to find out I was in her class because of everything ive heard but its all wrong. She is a great teacher and I'm so glad to have her for Econ.
A genuine teacher that cares about her students.
She is not always willing to help when asked and expresses her biases too much. Never looking forward to going to her class
Her directions are unclear and often mean something totally different to her intent. When you ask for clarification, she'll snap at you. She is incredibly biased and aggressive (she once said, "socialism has no benefits" and "I hope you don't actually consider Obama a hero". She also once told an Asian kid "Why you no put name on paper?" in a bad Chinese accent). She once hit my friend with a roll of papers, causing him to stumble into some desks. She has given both he and I panic attacks.
She gave me a hug, best teacher ever.
Mrs. Olps is the nicest lady i have ever met, she makes my day everyday and while she can be tough. She does whatever she can to help students and gives enough extra credit, as well as opportunities to improve your grade. if you have something bad to say its just because you did not take the many opportunities she gave.
Mrs.Olps is really adorable and a very good teacher. She knows a lot about the subjects she's teaching!
Dont really look forward to coming to her class
Mrs. Olps is a lovely lady who has both sharp charisma and a warm, big heart. She deeply yearns that all of her students are able to understand her lessons, and is always attentive of how much each one of her students learn. She is one of the few teachers who care for her students as if they were her own children, and not only just compliments a student's good deed, but also advises a student to have a better attitude when learning if they are not doing well, with the heart of a mother.
The class itself is not very difficult, and Mrs. Olps teaching style makes it even easier. She practically gives you all the answers to the test if you just listen in class. She takes late work, offers extra credit, AND lets you do test corrections; there really is no reason for you not to pass this class...
She's a nice teacher, except when mad
Tests are somewhat hard, depending on how well/much you studied, though the test corrections make it up
Textbook use is needed usually for some assignments/projects/test corrections, nothing much else
She's somewhat helpful if you ask, depending on who you are and if she thinks you care about your grade
Clarity... I'm going to be honest, i zone out and miss half the stuff she tells the class...
Overall, don't be a slacker, if you want to pass her class
Olps is a very nice teacher. Shes cool and likes to have fun but knows when its time to get to work. Unlike many other teachers she is nice enough to bring food for the class once in a while like her delicious cinammon rolls. Yummy. i love how she allows to do test corrections to get extra credit which has brought my grades up. I dont know anyone who hates Ms.olps other than the people who dont pay attention or do their homework and then soon wonder why their grade fall. I LOVE Ms.Olps!
"Can you do me a flavor"
I loved mrs. Opls!!!!! DID YOU KNOW THAT SHE MEDITATES??!?!?! Don't wait too long to start on your final... she assignes it at the beginning.she has got to be the chillest teacher i've ever had, tho
she has to be the most anoying teacher ever she expects us to do everything perfect. it's like a ship is sinking and there is one more life boat and it's next to her i rather go down with the ship!!!
She is very fun and exciting and can make some funny jokes. She only gets mad when people are not listening or paying attention when she is giving instructions and then ask questions on what is said.
oh my goodness, she is one of the worst teachers i've ever had. she's nice, i suppose, but she shouldn't be a teacher...it's like she expects you to know everything already, but you obviously don't.
really nice make sure u pay attention in her class or she wont be very motivated to help you. but a good teacher!
As long as you do all your work, it's the easiest class you'll ever take. Just get on her good side...which isn't hard to do...
Easily flustered, sometimes is not willing to help. Aren't you supposed to ask questions?
Best teacher ever. I have had her for two years for both computer repair technician and I was the TA for the 1-2 students
A nice teacher, but you have to work prety hard considering it's only an intro to computers class.
She is so rude and tries to trip you up rather than help. This person should not be a teacher - she is unhappy every day
