- He was my French teacher and I can't really complain. He had [and still has] a beautiful accent. The only thing I didn't like was that he wanted to be everyone's friend and he also expected to be respected. I remember this one time he said that the band "Ok, go" got their name from him because whenever they would ask to go to the bathroom he would say "Okay, go."

- I had Mr Barugel as a Spanish teacher at Jamaica High School back in the late 80s/early 90s. I still look back at him as my absolute favorite teacher. He was great!!!

- after tmrw's graduation i can honestly say that i'm gonna miss Mr. Barugel the most. He was the best teacher i've had in all the years at Lewis. after i leave this hs, i will miss our high-fives and mini convos in the halls. btw thanks for singing my yearbook.

he is a good teacher.. i dont know about other years but he is abcent alott but thts ok who doesnt love a sub =] easy enough to pass im just not interested in learning a language so i cant blame him for not knowing italian.. owell im still passing wit a 65(permalink) (report)

He is superb. Excellent. Extremely helpful. Makes everything as easy and comprehensible as possible. I have him for French and he's awesome. He's funny too, always trying to get the class's attention, and it works. You can ask almost anyone who has or has had him and they'll probably only tell you good things. Barugel will go out of his way to help you understand. He's honest and truthful in a way that will impress you. He cares about everyone's performance. He is the COOLEST teacher I ever had. His tests are so easy and his class is so much fun. He is the best French teacher ever....sometimes the students make fun of him but he still doesn't mind at all. He si AWESOME!(permalink) (report)

Bargul is the best teacher ever. Trust me if you ever get him for french, Spanish or Italian DO NOT TRANSFER! He will make learning fun and easy. Despite what everybody else says, i think he's the best Spanish teacher in FLHS. He is the one teacher you can talk to just about anything in class or outside of class. I love this teacher.
