When Flynn was my teacher at BLS, he was a sweetheart of a guy, a great teacher whose enthusiasm was unbridled, and had a sense of humor that was rare to see in someone as formal as he generally was. He was strict and a stickler for the rules, but could also be a lot of fun, and I was (and still am) proud to know him and count him among my mentors.
Really chill guy. Just don't skip class, or else he'll hate you.
Great man, can tell many great stories about his life as an aspiring politician, can lay down the law, just an overall nice dude
let's face it, the administration gets a lot of crap, and Mr Flynn especially because he has to deal with all the suspensions and kids who think they can cheat the system. but coming from an alum who has known Mr. Flynn for years, let me tell you: 1. He knows EVERYTHING and he works the system like no other. 2. If he knows you (and hes one of the most useful ppl to know at Latin) he will come through for you and 3. Dont get on his bad side. He's a nice guy, but cross him and he will be out to get you.
he's such a politician, plays everybody, but (especially if you're a girl) if you approach him the right way and are reasonable and play politics with him you can get what you want most of the time.
