she assumes bad things about people she doesn't even know. she tries to help but makes life so much worse. i get shivers whenever i see her.

Dont get me wrong Ms. Cooper is nice, however, she is the type not really open minded to the us, because its just a so called "teenage problem". but she is nice and careful, and sometimes a little unpatient
