Very few teachers have such a lasting impact that they are remembered 25 years later. I can't even remember the names of most of my former teachers, but Martha Carr still stands out as a teacher who not only taught her subje
Yea, she yells at you if your shorts are too short, or you pants are below your butt, but shes good at teaching math. Shes fast paced, but its an honors class, what do you expect? If you cant handle it dont take it. duh~
Advice: If you are in her Pre-Calc class get the answers to WS from other classmates, their teachers actually post stuff on BB. Also you have to be good at math to get an A in her class, her teaching style is a bit different.
Sure, shes a little erratic and kinda off in her own world but shes a great woman once you get to know her! The class is VERY chill and easy if you know your stuff but its honors so you should. my favorite math class all hs
"That's the bell! Get to class! Clear the math hall!"
Sure, she's a little obsessed with her debate team, but you have to realize how important it is to her and exactly how much she does (A LOT). Mrs. Carr is an excellent lady. And ok, she has mood swings...but she's ELDERLY!
she doesn't know how to teach anything and rarely cares about student, only caresa bour her debate team
mad mood swing..one second shes elen degeneres and the other she's a pissed off eminem...but she's very cool overall and teaches well. her lessons are short but its right to the point
She's amazing!!! Very crazy (the fun kind), but I learned a lot and the classroom atmosphere is very laid back.
I had her for 9th grade geometry hon. She's nice, she's energetic, she's fast-paced. Her homework load was big, but not over-the-top. It's helpful that she gives us time in class.
Great teacher, but her lessons are only about 5 minutes long each and we spend the rest of class on worksheets and stuff. She's very kind
great teacher. made math understandable to the not math minded. good heart and sweet person.
Mrs. Carr is one of the best teachers i've ever had. She relates topics to real world applications, she moves fast, and SHE SELLS CANDY!1!1!!!
She is able to cover material quickly so we dont sit around, maybe not the best for people who don't understand the material but I like it
i love her class. she teaches it quickly and will help you if you need and and u can pretty much do w/e you want if ur done with ur work. even work for other c
She's an okay person, but maybe not the greatest teacher. She's better than the other math teachers I've had, though.
she's an incredibly sweet lady but she isn't the best at teaching. and it's hard to get help after school cause she's busy with her clubs.
Great Lady, not so great at teaching in the classroom, but if you ask she will gladly help after school.
5th pd geometry was alrite last year...ms. carr's a good teacher but should go slower, very helpful but have some trick questions on tests and quizzes
Mrs. Carr is funny and extremely easy!! She is willing to help, you just have to ask!!!
Mrs. Carr is very cool, she's funny, interesting, and is always willing to help. Sometimes what she says is not always clear though.
Gr8 teacher! very helpful and nice and funny and intersting! just a little too much work to do sometimes and goes a bit fast
She's really nice, but doesn't teach that well. Sometimes shes too busy with her clubs for teaching
the very best geometry teacher! (besides the fact that she like the steelers! jk)
funny, helpful, relaxed class environment, sells candy, what more could anyone want in a teacher?
If I had more math teachers like her, I might of become a math matician. Full of spunk and always ready to talk.
Always willing to help and constantly cheerful. Full of so many fascinating facts and stories. Allowed us to do whatever we wanted in class.
Gives lots of homework but very helpful though, although she can get impatient and upset sometimes. Goes a little too fast for me but ok if you read the books
