Grades on her opinion instead of merit, which is completely unfair. If you play sports or need early dismissal,ha good luck with that. She makes student feel lousy about themselves, and I thought I was good @ eng. before her.

I actually like Mrs. Jackson...Shocker! But she treats us (non-honors students) as if we are inferior, this really pushes my buttons. Also she feels as if she needs to read EVERYTHING to us... I still really like her though, except for the fact she shoots pigeons with air-soft guns, and ahe stole my friends iPod. (But she is still a good person)

Well first off, she definatly picks favorites in her classes. Since i'm not in her honors class, I may not be considered intellegent to her.. so she tends to snicker at my questions when they don't sound "correct." When she is honest with my writing, however, she has great advise.

Mrs. Jackson was probably the best english teacher i will ever have. My writing got so much better in her class. Some of the stuff was annoying like the vocab tests and elizabethan project but other than that shes a wonderful teacher! The class is so hard the first 6 weeks but after that it gets pretty easy

That class was really hard at the beginning of the year but then it go way easier. I learned a lot from her but some of the tests are really annoying. As long as she likes you a lot its good, but its still really hard to raise your grade at all!

Mrs. Jackson is really helpful during tutorial if you would just go into her classroom. She's a tough grader, but if and when you earn her respect, she improves your writing so much. she can play favorites but that's life so deal with it

She picks favorites at the beginning of the year, if you're one of them it's amazing. If you're not, well...it bites.

If she likes you, it's a pretty fun class, although you have to be really committed to it. If she doesn't like you, though, you're pretty much screwed...she doesn't change her mind much.

she's a great person and it fun to go on her trips but she plays favorites and the grades reflect that. she also assigns a lot of silly projects that require a massive amount of time

Mrs. Jackson teaches "children" rather than "subjects." She knows that there is more to having high expectations (which she does) than merely being tough.

She is a terrible role model because she does play favorites. MY friend and I did the same on every test/assignment and she gave her a C and me an A. what??

Dude, she was so not the coolest teacher. Take Hogue if you can. Mrs. Jackson is very boring and you will not learn anything.
