I loved her! She had a tremendous impact on my success as a person and as a well educated professional woman. She was my homeroom teacher, humanities, history, and AP History teacher and was wonderful in every class in which I had her at the Academy of St Joseph, Brentwood. I remember her fondly and thank her for her commitment to educating young women. Thanks Sister Mary Lou!
Take it from an alumna who graduated quite a while ago, Sr Mary Lou's class is going to prepare you for many college level classes. Plus she was highly entertaining!
She can be moody but she is an awesome teacher. It is because of her that i did awesome on the AP exam. She's tough, but its her craziness that will keep you awake in class.
sister mary lou was an amazing teacher ...she is really tough but if you pay attention in class you will learn so much...and she is funny!! shes the best!
Great teacher...tough but a challenge is always well worth it...Im even thinking about majoring in Economics now that im in college..I loved the class!!
i luv this woman...alot of kids are afraid of her but i think she rocks!!!
I have to say that she's one of the best teachers i have every had. Because of her, i learned a lot about economics and well, life. Appreciate her.
Intimidating and demanding, but she teaches upperclassman- believe me, you'll understand y she's that way ur first day of college... time for a reality check
all u must do is prove to her that u have a mind, and then u can breeze thru econ. i didnt do an assignment and i was still exempt from the final. ha!
i learned very little economics - the swings in moods were little help. she knows the area, i just wish she'd present it in a reasonable fashion
i like her...but i do not understand why she does not call on me --even when my arm is jutting out in full view. She has never in 2 yrs called me by my name.
She's out of her mind, it's hilarious! AP US Hist. is a torturous class and she's really demanding. Economics was really easy though.
sister mary lou tweedy rocks my socks as a teacher...interesting, funny, so much fun
She's a bit intimidating, and its not until the AP test is over when you can relax.Overall tho,she can definately make learning a very interesting experience
Way cool nun (and fair)..loved her as a homeroom teacher a long time ago...
Sometimes I think she doesn't know people's names in the class, and when she talks she mixes up names and dates.
Sr. mary lou is the best economic teacher as well as homeroom teacher
Very tough but very fair--some pple think she's scary, but I have lots of fun in her class!
Most hyper nun I've ever seen. Makes an econ class come alive, considering I hate econ, but she'll kill you on tests. I like her as a teacher, but I think she hates me. Maybe that's why she brushes off everything I say...
