one of the worst experiences of a teacher i could have, No one could understand him, and it go so bad that at the end of the quarter the administration moved the whole class to a new teacher. After that, i aced the class.

You can't understand the guy because of his accent and his teaching methods are awful. If you can understand the words he is saying you would be hard pressed to follow the concepts
