He is nice and fun in small groups or one on one. Unfortunately, and probably due to Mindy, he can be irrational in large groups. He also puts on a tough attitude: such as not even smiling upon being introduced. If he got more respect and didn't have Mindy, he would be more fun.

Honestly, he is truly a great teacher. He is really easy to talk to one-on-one whether it be in music juries or after class. He does, however, have a tendency to lose it in larger groups because he doesn't receive the respect he deserves. He was probably my favorite teacher at the high school not only because he helped me improve my playing, but also because it was obvious that he cared about his students - he'd always ask how I was and such. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Better discipline skills would be nice, but an all around cool guy, and very easy to talk to.
