Matthew Lagarde has been teaching both of my daughters for 2 years now. They enjoy having him as their band instructor. I enjoy them playing their flutes with more understanding and they know they have commitments. Yes, he may be strict, but he is a wonderful director and he has done a magnificent job with not only the mddle and high shcool band, but now with being the chorus director for the middle school. He is just an awesome teacher!!!
