Ms. Zierer is one of the greatest high school instructors that I have ever encountered. She is hardworking and ensures that students meet deadlines and study. This class feels like a college-level course with her lectures and need for studying. Study hard and you might be able to get a B in the class... if you're lucky, an A.

Ms. Zierer's class is the one I've complained about the most in high school. I've had the great fortune to have her for two years for both her APUSH and IB Latin class and have never had more respect for an instructor before her. Zierer's class is the most college-like course offered at Centennial since you truly have to study in order to earn an A. I loved her and her lectures are the best, if I'm to visit anyone after high school it's Ms. Zierer.

While I love Ms. Zierer and I think she really pushes her students to succeed, it is a little unnerving that your class grade is so heavily dependent on quizzes, exams, and essays. This is still a high school class so there should be some more credit given for work than for studying, just to help balance the grade distribution and encourage students who "lack study skills" to give some more effort.

Ms. Zierer is the best, and she teaches APUSH/IB Latin, which I doubt 99.9% of the people on this world could do as well as her even if they had just as much experience as her. She works harder than her students (behind-the-scenes). Of course, her classes for the 2 years I had her were the most intensive and had the most work out of all of high school. It IS worth it, though, because she's amazing and funny, and you'll remember to visit her after you graduate. Do your best and she will love you!

She should base her grades more on how hard we're working in that class, rather than who has better memory.

Very hard class! If you are the type that thinks you can pass solely by procrastinating, be prepared to fail. Truly runs an AP/IB course. Only about 3 people have an A in all her periods... Lots of C

Pay attention and do the work and you'll be fine. She's a great teacher as shown by her AP test scores and she's very nice.

It's hard, I agree. But she's the greatest teacher ever! I did really well on the APUSH test and I owe it all to her great teaching. But you must read though. That's a given in this class.

Pretty hard, overwhelm of info. She's a cool lady though and her APUSH pass rate is like 80%. If you pass her class, you'll pass the test. If you plan on failing, naps are also easily achieved.
