Humble, experienced teacher. Very kind, easy to learn from.
He seems like a cool guy who knows a lot about computer programing and math, the problem comes in when he tries to teach. He doesn't actually teach at all really. He relies on long grueling homework assignments to "teach" his class. When you ask a question, his answer leaves you wondering what he was rambling on about instead of answering you. All in all he has the knowledge, he just doesn't know how to pass it down in an efficient and helpful way.
Mr. Cooper would make you scared of getting an answer wrong and so you always were scared to answer questions
I was in his Visual Basic class, HE IS A GREAT TEACHER!! I can't wait to take Java.
very good track coach but probably the worst teacher i have ever had. good luck!
Took Intro. to Computer Programming, which is Visual BASIC. I understood it, but he was a dreadful teacher. About two weeks in, other students started asking me to explain things instead of him.
I had a geometry class of his about 8 years ago. It was very difficult for me, but I wasn't too good at geometry. He always tried to help me, and was a pretty fair guy.
Hes a great guy, just depends what type of learning style you have and if it matches his teachings.
He was an alright guy... but he clearly did not know Java. When ever we asked for help, he just told us to look it up in the packet. He wasn't even in the classroom half the time.
I liked the guy and he was entertaining, but he just doesn't know how to teach!
He's okay, but not very clear, or helpful. And the hw assignments are long enough that you don't really care about the problems. You just want togetdonew/them
hes ok, teaches a hard geometry and computer classes though
