great teacher! most of the bad reviews involve his rants and all the hard work. His rants, while long, always had a tie to the learning, and the "hard work" is what you should expect in an honors clas
This guy had the audacity to tell me I didn't belong in honors classes just because his class was so unorganized and I had no idea what was happening. Boy, did I prove him wrong this year with a 4.2
Mr. Evens and Mr. Tocci are tied for the greatest teachers in Freedom. The learning process is fun and makes you want to learn more. His class makes you think and his tests are hard but not if u study
Rambled lots, tests very pretty difficult because we didn't learn much in class. An okay guy, but a very unorganized teacher.
He's a good guy at heart, but his class sucked. Never really taught the chapters and gave useless projects. Very unorganized and irresponsible too.
I enjoyed his class. I was in his honors section, but it was still pretty easy. Great teacher who knows the subject! Only dislikes: the tests were wordy at times, and double entry notes run rampant.
Really good guy. Nice and funny. The class was a little difficult though.
I really didn't learn anything in his class. The material he spends time teaching and explaining in class usually never ends up being what the tests are on. All the tests are horribly confusing.
hes a cool teacher, hes nice and funny. but his honors class is pretty hard though. double entry are a pain and he covers a lot of materials.
if you like doube-entry notes, his class is for you.
He's pretty cool tests are hard and his lectures are thorough and his jokes are pretty funny for a teacher just dont let him start a debate about rabies.
If you are good in English, you will do well in his class. His tests are very wordy. Be prepared for tons of boring transparencies.
His teaching style is sometimes hard to get used to, but he has one of the best personalities in the school
Very nice guy...pay attention in his class. Teaching is very vague.
He was just such a nice and funny guy i learned so much in his class and he kept it interesting
some original teaching ideas keep you guessing; must prepare for tests b/c not all material will be covered
We watched Rocky IV in class b/c it was about Siberia.
