Mr. Pearson treats this school like a middle school or often times, a prison. He needs to let go of those reigns and lighten up a bit, it's high school. You can't police everyone like he could at Redwood. He also needs to look the other way on some things. Not to mention the controversial firing (he resigned but we know what really happened) of Coach Hofmann, a man who brought this school together more than anyone else. Jealousy? maybe.
Mr. Pearson is one of the most caring administrators I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. While his intents is always for the best of the school and the students, he has yet to realize we are not the "best school in the universe" in fact according to this website we are not even the 500th best school in California. He often attempts to make the school a better place at the expense of the students. We are high schoolers, not Confucian Scholars--perfection is not our goal.
