one of the best humans you will ever meet. i love him & his class
once, i had to remake a test thag was half bocab, half reading comprehension. i come in and he gives me the reading comprehension portion of the test. when i finish he takes it and tells me to have a nice day, without giving me any vocab questions. 10/10 would take again
Gives alot of homework. But he's a nice guy. Just make sure to say stuff in class and he will love you. Strongly recommend the class, although a good bit of the things you do he doesn't collect. Out of the box, funny, cool guy. Definitely take this class.
His class is one of my favorite classes. I don't like how he doesn't really have a lesson plan, but his class is kind of a chill break from the rest of the structured day. He does give a lot of work, but it is never too much and he does extend deadlines. He is funny and laid back, so I enjoy him as a teacher. You can tell he has a passion for what he is doing, which is very nice to see in a teacher.
BEST English teacher with high energy. Probably the only English teacher that has taught me how to write. Most people will get a B in his class, but it is still worth it.
This class is crazy! Although crazy good or crazy bad often depends on who you ask. You'll never have to worry about falling asleep. There is a lot of fun acting and discussion that keeps things funny. He really helped improve my vocab- scored a ton better in language on the PSAT after having him (Assuage)! On the downside, the class is a bit crazy and very disorganized. No one really knew what was going on most of the time and sometimes we had pop tests. Enjoy Dead Poet's Society!
The class is loads of fun although kinda disorganized. Sparknotes is your friend if you don't like reading, and half of the annotations you do he never actually collects. A good rule of thumb is to use spark notes for long books instead of annotating them. Short books such as Raisin in the Sun and Siddhartha you should actually annotate, because he will collect those. Great class overall though.
Never a dull moment. Smart but no one really knows what's going on half the time. Aspires to be Robin William's character from Dead Poets Society--in other words, class is ALWAYS interesting and memorable. Cool guy.
i LOVED him! best teacher i have ever had! extremely ADD but so fun. he is halarious! sit in front, never cross your arms or turn ur back to him. if you go along w/ all his quirks then you will find yourself having a blast!
This was like watching tv. horrible teacher. great man.
sometimes i wonder if this man thinks in terms of reality. His class is hard and unorgainzed.Sometimes he will assign things and forget about it sometimes. This was frustrating.Positively, class was never dull.
craziest man alive. not-so-secretly obsessed with "lala" (discussing othello. awkward). your grade=how much he likes you. incredibly ambiguous w/ work.do homework, use sparknotes.
Nice man...a little obsessed with the dirtiness sometimes, but generally cool. He loves his stuff, and loves others who love english too.
U ROCK CAPTAIN!!!best engish teacher, besides mullaly, that i ever had. i luv his class. big on favorites, so make it count.loves antics and ppl who can act!
AWSOME teacher!! i love his class, and his antics r always hilarious. totally plays favorites. NEVER LEAVE UR BOOK IN UR LOCKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thinks he's Robin Williams from "Dead Poet's Society". Preferably likes his male students. His grades are based on how much he likes you. Do your HW!
Nice guy, okay teacher. very enthusiastic. kind of an airhead sometimes
Mr. Scirocco thinks he is Robin Williams from "Dead Poet's Society" but in reality hes just flagrantly ridiculous.
Scirocco is awesome. He's one of the reasons I became a teacher. Thanks, Mike.
Make a good impression on the first weeks of school! That's when it counts
may be a great teacher but he need to stay out of coaching
Mr. Scirocco is the best in the school. Definately the most exciting teacher St. Pius has.
