Zilles means well, and always tries to insert some fun into the boring discussions, but he sometimes goes ahead of himself when teaching. He's a very nice guy who is cool to talk to one on one.
Hes a very nice person, and funny, but the class was boring and he had weird and unconsistant assignments.
I know I am not the only one who HATED mr. zilles. He chose favorites and treated the rest of us like crap. I learned absolutely nothing in his class.
ZIL! you rock, and the spanish exchange was awesome, especially lunch in Barcelona!!!!
take Phil Lit with Zilles. This guy knows a lot of stuff. best class in the school.
i have him for english, nice teacher, seems to look to deeply into literature, but so do all teachers, also seems to grade my papers sort of randomly
i had him for spanish. great teacher. he really knows how to teach. I learned a lot.
I had him for Spanish and loved him. Really helpful when you ask for it and really tries to push you to be a better student.
he works really really hard and is incredibly smart, enthusiastic, and really wants everyone to learn. i loved his class and think mr z is the man.
mr zilles is the most passionate teacher on his material than any other teacher i have ever had, his phil lit class is amazing
He teaches spanish too, one of the best teachers i've had. he's understanding, but pushes you to work hard, but it doesn't feel like working.
Just a guy that people generally enjoy being around. Who else can make the connection between descartes and cher? you rock mr z
