She is bitter and nasty. Sarcastic mean spirited. Only positive thing is that she knows the library. He voice is sooo annoying.

Ms. Heinz is really nice, just super strict. She takes care of the library really well, so make sure to be in uniform and have your ID at ALL TIMES!
