Worst history teacher I've ever had. I think he retired which is great since no one has to EVER deal with his pathetic teaching skills. He is a really smart guy and really knows what he is talking about, he just can't teacher it. He was never there, always had a substitute teacher, he was wasn't clear or helpful and all his tests were impossible since he never taught. All he did was talk about his life.

Honestly Mr. Collins is the WORST teacher I have ever had in my life. Ok so,he is NEVER there,he gives pointless assignments,and CAN NOT TEACH! Lets see grades..they were updated twice the WHOLE year!
