he's fair, and he's funny. The Other VPs can be a bit cold to students, but mr. Heyer seems to be able to relate better.

Mr. Heyer's the best VP, cuz Mr. Penner messes up the schedules, and Mr. Beamer just is, so Mr. Heyer's the best, asside from Mrs. Hartman, who's the bomb!!!!!!
