By far the worst teacher I had in highschool. She was just downright mean to everyone in her class no matter the situation. Not to mention she wouldnt teach us something and then yell at us for not knowing it. She also seems to know very little spanish herself. I used to come in and say things to her in spanish and she would have to look it up. Easily one of the worst teachers and people Ive ever met.

She has a very linear teaching method: She writes Spanish phrases on the board, everyone says them, and then you write them. It's forced memorization - an inefficient technique similar to cramming. All knowledge gained through this way is thrown into short-term memory and really does not help you learn and preserve the language. The Spanish textbook (Realidades) provides a much better way of learning. There are a few games that do not help you to learn every once in a while.

she does seem like she could be nice- if she wasn't aloud to interact with kids.she tells every class they're her worst class. the card slapping game is so weird, don't really learn anything from it. and the dice game (moan). senora terry es muy aburrida. excuse my spanish.

Shes nice when u talk to her in person but extermely mean during class its so wierd. She only teaches out of book and dosnt speak or know to much spanish even tho she the teacher. She makes wierd noises/voices ocasionaly and plays the same song everyday. She gets mad if you dont understand somthing or get somthing wrong even tho ur trying. Overal shes alright tho.

Personally she is a very nice woman, but that all changes once you step into her classroom. Either you choose to learn or she will MAKE you learn.~JC

I'm not one of her students so my opinions on her teaching aren't relevant, nut good God woman, be quiet. I am a couple of rooms away and can still hear you.
