I find Nick Melito to be an asset to McClancy High School and the Baseball Program. A program is only as good as the coaches and the players who play for the coaches. As to dealing with parents they should realize that baseball and school like real life is sometimes unfair. Favortism and nepostism exist everywhere. Sometimes you just cannot make everyone happy, but in the end his players go to college and play in college. We as parents need to lead and not deter.
Not a recommended mentor or teacher in my opinion, needs to communicate better. Not approachable and looks to play favorites. Students often feel mistreated and unfairly ostracized. Not a good judge of talent or heart. The school needs to hire a person with credentials to finally development fair and winning attitude, for this failing program.
HULKAMANIA! Give Mr. O. the big boot followed by the legdrop.
He maybe not be the best teacher but trys to help you when you need it.
