Not the best teacher, I feel that the only reason I did so well was because I get science pretty well. I think it was good that she retired, I could tell that her being around chemicals for so long was not great for her mental abilities...
Knows her chemistry, just not how to teach it. It is almost as if this woman sat down and planned out the worst way she can possibly teach material. Paying attention in class is a lost cause, the only way to succed is by finding out chapter numbers and straight memorizing. My interest and prior love for chemistry has been tarnished by her class. Avoid her class if you can, it is NOT worth the honors credit.
i think she was one of the greatest teacher in my life. She is nice and kind and well around. Not to forget easy going and loving. She is a loving teacher. I love her.
When my classmates or I try to ask a question, shes yells at us and ignores it
She was cool outside of class but her class is really really difficult, do your homework and study!
It's easy to see why lazy students dislike her...she requires that you :::gasp::: actually do some work and thinking outside of class. Prepares you for college
I wish I could tell her these two words...Slow down.
interesting teaching style... if u can follow quick notes and absorb a good bit of info then its all good otherwise u'll be fallin off fast
Ms. Ligon made chemistry my favorite class last year, atmosphere-wise. Her spirit and engagement make chemistry actually tolerable!
i got her for forensics and she is the most awsome teacher ever. we have open note tests and do the funnest labs ever and she is sooo nice
She seems to know her stuff about chemistry but explains it at a super high level that you can't understand.
its hard to understand the way she teaches but she is great for helping just dont ask at the wrong time
I was SO lost in chemistry last year. Really understanding if you are involved in sports tho! Smart person, not so great a teacher.
I think she teaches too fast and sometimes if you ask questions she will get mad at you.
Shes a bit confusing at first, but you get used to her. Her assignments aren't that hard, and shes willing to help after school.
She is so scatter brained. I could not learn anything and had to get a tudor to even pass the class. She makes everything, even easy concepts really difficult.
It seems like she knows the material and would make a good chemist, but she can't teach.
