Knowing I would have this woman again as a senior is basically the reason I left Magnificat. Her standards are unreasonably high for her quality of teaching. In a parent-teacher (unexpected student) conference she berated me in front of my parents and offered no helpful advice as to how I could improve my work. Granted, I had her many years ago and maybe she's gotten better but when I had her she was the most despised teacher in the school. None of my current success can be owed to her.

She has REALLY high standards. I practically killed myself getting an A in her class. You learn a lot from her. She can be a bully at times, and I think everyone in her class, at some point, experiences one of those sinking-dread-in-the-pit-of-your-stomach moments when she yells at you- and she will, she yells at everyone- but she's such a good teacher that it makes up for it. Deep down she's a nice person. Just really strict.

She's an amazing teacher you really learn a lot from her but she does have high expectations although I dont think I would have learned all I did from her if she was an easy teacher!

Hers has been one of my favorite classes at Mags. She is extremely nice and very dedicated to teaching, although she is very tough. She just expects your best and pushes the class to get the best. I learned more in her class about history and even how to write, study, etc. for history than I ever did in grade school or middle school. I love her, she is just so nice.

I loved her class. She expects a lot from her students, but I learned more from her class than any other at Mags. She's intimidating at first, but is actually really helpful. An A both semesters is definitely possible, but you have to work for it.

I am afriad of Komo. But she is definitly too smart to be teaching at Mags. She knows everything there is to know about the subject she is teaching.

A really good teacher--hard, somewhat strict, fair, and nice, esp. if you're in JCWA. Participate in class and work hard and hers will be one of your best hs classes.

She has helped me so much. I fell so far behind after a week of being absent, and she helped me catch up. She teaches a lot too.

She's tough, but fair. She lays out her laws, and follows them. She is tough, yes, but if you step up to it, you can do it. Thanks, Komo.
