He's an interesting character, but I didn't get a great experience. He was vague when it came to explaining. For example, he rarely went in depth with the calculations. He yells out a bunch of numbers rapidly sometimes to enter into your calculator and expects you to get the correct answer. You're expected to do most of the learning at home with the book which is not bad, but we should learn in class more. The labs were confusing too, instructions were rarely clear. Many were lost on the labs.

Mr.Healy could be one of the greatest teachers you'll ever have he make jokes in class and give a ton of opportunities for extra credit my name is Giulio and I am a 9th grader who attends PDHS I recommend taking honors physics if you can study for the test.

Subjective grading...if you're his pet, you'll definitely get an A no matter what you receive on tests. Monotone...teaches with archaic movies.

The overall greatest teacher I have ever had. He always has something interesting to teach or say, and constantly helps relate his teachings to real world problems. His sarcastic and nonchalant attitude always gives students a laugh. Whether it be playfully insulting a student of his, or pointing out all the wrongs of an important historical figure. While his class is not for the slackers and light of heart, I most definitely recommend it.

Overall great educator, has extensive knowledge of what he's teaching. Too systematic and conservative, not enough leeway for students. Quick-witted and intelligent, but his constant sarcasm causes an interference at times.

Mr. Healy is a really cool teacher. Yeah physics is a hard class and his sarcasm does get you annoyed, but honestly as long as you try and listen, you'll pass. I mean, I spend the majority of the class watch American Horror Story or Glee on my friends phone and I have a B. He's one of the best science teachers this school has to offer.

Concepts are often difficult, but Healy does a good job of presenting them. Grade system is very lenient, as long as you learn the concepts you do well.

A very concise teacher who expects only exceptional work from his students. teaches physics cp/hp/ap. He is smart and funny. Do not take his class unless u are 100 percent sure you can pass.

He's a funny guy, but I get the feeling that he doesn't care whether or not we learn anything. He can be very condescending.
