I had Mr. Eldridge for AP Lit. Afraid of poetry, I was expecting to hate his class, but was surprised that he did help me start to analyse passages that I previously would have had a hard time with. It was hard to get points, but doable. He's a really fun person and we learned lots of things that weren't necessarily on topic. I would recommend taking AP Lang first, if that's what you are trying to decide though.

Awesome teacher! Fun class hard to earn points though. And don't sit on the desks.. he doesn't like that too much

he likes to yell. :] besides that though, thorughout the year you will get many little tidbits of cool information! always relevant to the topic at hand? ...not always.. haha but you DO learn a lot.
