I had him as a freshman. I used to hate him and think he was SOOO boring and awful. but honestly, i learned so much from him

worst math teacher i've ever had. soooo boring. long block's are especially hard to get through. he puts the hard problems on quizzes and tests. bottom line, i hate his class, but he's retiring next year, so no one will ever have to suffer through a year of him ever again!

He's good at math but we'd all learn more if he was more animated. It's impossible to focus in that class. By the end of the year, my math notebook consisted of mostly doodles.

I owe hours of extra sleep to Mr. Norton. That's NOT a good thing! Monotone, boring, class is DEAD. Worst teacher i've had for quite a while. And I thought Petrizzi was bad... wow

i ahev him a block. his droning voice is the perfect lullaby for an extra hour of sleep. and tuesdays and extra hour and a half. he is the most boring person i know.

Extremely boring, but a good teacher if you can pay attention. Also a pretty fair grader. He's not as bad as you think. He's just boring.

Explains concepts very clearly (1st math teacher since 6th grade that I've actually learned from!). Gives a lot of partial credit on tests. Also has a great sense of humor.

i got a good grade first term and did well 2nd term, the first time i did badly on a test he sugested i switch down and treated me like i was stupid afterwards.

First day: instead of telling us what to expect and review stuff, he sits us down, plays wiht his TI-83 overhead calculator, and we sit and sleep. oh what fun.

Mr. Norton is THE MAN. First off the Haloween costume? come on. Secondly you can just do the hw in class...he goes over every prob then collects!! I love him.

He teaches at just the right pace and the extra credit helps here and there. He's always available to help at J-blocks. He encourages me to think.
