This was many years ago, but he really cared about the students education, which is another reason why he found it extremely frustrating and irritating when someone joked around or deviated from the subject or goal line he was running for, for everyone's benefit, if they accepted. Hope all is well with him wherever he is now. He stayed late and helped students who cared and wanted more of his superb knowledge.

Mr. Quinn is a master of his subject. He should be teaching at the university level. Paul Quinn was my sophomore year, Unit 6 English Lit. instructor, 1978-79. I wish I had paid more attention in class and read ALL of the course material. I learned to enjoy literature, fiction, non-fiction and current events from Mr. Quinn's class.

Mr. Quinn is not only the best teacher I have ever had, but he is the one teacher that tried harder than any other teacher to hold his students to a standard. He wanted everyone regardless of GPA or how active in school they were to all master the same principles and techniques that help young boys become men. I loved his class and I owe him the world, him getting fired is outrageous. Shame on my high school -William C. Donahue '04

Mr. Quinn is the teacher by the BIG T, he always knows what he is doing. He treats you as an adult not as the bunch of the crotchety kids (who usually the sophomores are). Mr. Quinn really is a nice guy. He will teach you to take notes properly, very useful skill especially in collage.

i disagre with peoples opinions on Quin. He really is a "teacher" in the true sense of the word. Sure he has his own problems but he knows what he is talking about.if something is unclear he will help

Despite the rating, a really good teacher. 26 years ago he taught me how to take notes properly, and I still have not forgotten. A useful skill. A really weird guy though.
