Although he does show favoritism to certain students... I have come to realize if you put effort in his class, he will put the extra effort to help you, even if you do slack sometimes. In the beginning of the year I wanted to give up because a lot of the stuff he was teaching didn't make sense to me the first time, and he helped me during lunch and Sas and offered to help after school. Mr.V cares about all of his students, and he is a funny nice guy who knows what he is doing.
Having him all four years I have grown to love this man. He is always there for me when I need anything at all. He will talk to you about anything, he has also taught me a lot about life, myself and others over the four years of having him. Love him, will miss him tons.
He understands what he's doing, but he doesn't explain it to kids. We are supposed to take his word for things, but he doesn't say why. He is a fun teacher but he cannot explain. It's not even three months in and I have no idea what I'm doing and I already have to get a tutor. Great guy, awful at explaining.
He is passive aggressive and sometimes outright rude to students that annoy him for not being very good at math or asking "too many" questions. He favors the smarter kids as well as leadership kids.
Favors kids in leadership class. Mocks students and is not very clear
Left before he became my teacher, but was the teachers aide for mrs. walker in 2002. Loved having him there to help out.
Villanueva doesn't answer any of my questions. Whenever I ask a question, he stares at me like I've grown a third head. Thanks for your help! *cough*
