I had an issue when I was in high school. He was not what a counselor should be. He was very cold, strict, and basically acted way too tough. Counselors are supposed to be warm, caring, and kind.

Had a problem. Gave me advice anybody willing to listen could. load of crap. I got in trouble for taking a suggestion of yours, and you lied telling the asst. prin. you never gave me said suggestion.

He gets there after school starts and leaves before it ends. He does nothing to help you if you have a serious problem other than comforting words such as "tough it out". Terrible.
