Rachel is a great teacher. She understands that chemistry can be difficult for many students, so she really tries her best to make it applicable to all. Yes, her class can get a little boring and feel like you do the same thing everyday (notes and worksheets) , but it is great practice if you ACTUALLY do them. Not a lot of HW in the class but when she assigns it, do it, problems from the HW will appear on the test. 10/10 recommend Rachel and wish i still in her class.
Ms. Eaton is kind of boring but really nice and smart
Cool teacher, actually teaches. Good person too, she actually laughs at jokes and understands teenage students.
Ms. Eaton is a wonderful teacher; that simple. Do the worksheets and be diligent and you will learn a tremendous amount. The tests are not hard if you pay attention in class and stay focused during the period; not too much homework required if you work hard in class. Labs are fun and she really has a good sense of humor that a lot of people miss. She made me want to take AP Chem because of how interesting she made it!
She is really helpful and a super good teacher. Although she gives out a ton of worksheets and stuff they are helpful overall though take time. She is also super super super funny!!
AP Chem is a hard class but an easy class to get an A in. Don't believe anybody who says it's hard in that sense since tests and finals add up to only 50% of your grade. The rest is easy points so as
She has the funniest sense of humor that I didn't even notice until second semester. She's super nice and does her best. If you do all she asks you'll learn a lot. She's a great teacher.
The best of all the terrible chemistry teachers. Has unrealistic expectations.
I love this woman. She was a fantasic chemistry teacher. I learned so much from her.
oh my god i love ms eaton, people think her class is hard and it will be if u dont pay attention, it is really helpful if u do all the worksheets she gives you, one of my favorite teacher ever
Difficult, but that helps you LEARN a lot from her classes. She's a VERY solid chemistry teacher. May seem intimidating at first, but she's very friendly. :D AP Chem is worth it!!!
hard teacher. good teacher. nice teacher. listen to her in class because the textbook will not help you. her tests are based on the information SHE gives you, so dont sleep in class.
Rachel Eaton is an awesome teacher. she is so nice and she can be very funny. She actually knows how to teach and i learned alot in her class. Great teacher.
she's so awesome and sweet and explained things to the best of her ability. chem is a hard subject and she did the best in her ability to make it as easy as possible
love the class, hate the grades!!! ughhh super hard!
She is one the nicest teachers I have ever had but the class is impossible. She can be very boring and grades really hard.
She's an excellent teacher, and really helpful...but the class is really hard. And...she grades hard...as she takes points off the smallest things. Not to mention there's not alot of points.
Her class is super hard. Yeah, she's pretty funny but the final was soo hard and unfair. She's getting payed to teach us so she should actually teach us
shes nice ; talks in a monotone and says things like "elimanate the chatter" which makes her really funny
Been a long time since AP Chem. I'm sure she's actually a pretty rocking teacher now... we got away with too much with her. Even I, a total TP, was a bit over the top with her.
The class was hard, but she made it fun, interesting, and more understandable.
Her final was sooo unfair! My friend and I studyed for hours and still did poorly because it was a standardized test that had stuff we didn't cover that much.
She is really nice and helpful but the class is sooo hard!!
she still remembers our lab group after 2 yrs. this class was the best science ive had b/c of the labs with fire. first lab we did we blew up a test tube.
Eaton is the greatest! Sure, her classes are tough, but they're amazingly fun, especially labs... labs are cool... She's one of my absolute favorites here.
you WILL get at least a 3 on the AP test if you survive in this class.
