He meets you halfway. He will help you as much as you are willing to help yourself, and comprehending his lessons require only for you to pay attention.
Mr. Hines was/is always willing to help anyone who might have questions. His teaching style is the way it is to help the students who really care, due to the fact that many dont.
I like Hines as a person. He's dedicated and willing to help people after class. However, the inclass time is somewhat chaotic and you can't learn much unless you go to him later
Don't care for him...really boring and doesn't try very hard to help people. Not mean or anything, just not too exciting and not the best teacher for precalc...
Very difficult to understand, makes up his own formulas then recinds them when he realizes they dont work. Hard to get a clear answer out of.
Overall cool guy but some people have trouble with precalc. thats expected though, precalc is not too easy especially if your lazy
the fact that hines is an ignorant fool is what makes him cool. his not knowing of whats going on makes every day a free period.
He is a nice person and seems like a good guy but I'm not sure that Precalc is his thing....
DONT TAKE PRECALC WITH HIM! The man does not know what he's doing. It seemed like we had to explain a problem to him every period.
He's got a teaching style that is compatable w/ some, but not others. He's always been nice to me, but, then again, I also do well with his teaching style.
He's a nice guy, helped me out a bit. He knows math well. Precalc is not an easy subject to teach i'd assume.
Dedicated teacher. Is willing to stay after and help students everyday. Well planned. Will more than adequately prepare students for the next level.
