meh he isn't that bad
Just no. Definitely wasn't an easy year of class. He does enjoy going off topic...almost, if not, every day. Sometimes he does call people out for no reason, it's not fun to watch and it just isn't fair. It's true that basically if you wanna learn you're only gonna be teaching yourself from the book. His grading "method" was confusing and often had mistakes. He also did talk during every test even finals. Labs=scary. If you EVER like to concentrate In class, he might not be the teacher for you.
NO. switch out once you find out he's your chem teacher. all he does is go off topic about tons of other things, doesn't really help, and he'll even talk about nonsense or useless facts while you're taking a test/quiz. he's cool if you want to fail and ruin your school year/gpa or like havin to refer to the book or other resources to actually LEARN chemistry.... and btw, chem labs seem like a disaster and unorganized every time.. i wouldn't handle chemicals in his class if i were you.
He sometimes makes weird, awkward jokes. Doesn't exactly teach the material, but would rather talk about random things like how to churn milk into butter.
I don't know why you guys are hating on my dearest teacher Mr. Schneck. Every time I walked in that class I smelled a taste of home, and in addition to that smiley face on Mr.Schneck's face, I can see
Great class- didn't have to do anything in class and could play calculator games without him caring.
WE spend 30 min talking about news and 30 on chem. I hope your a good book lerner cuz you ain't learning anything in-class.
Ridiculously unintelligent. As a class we have decided that he rarely knows what he is doing. "Just follow the setup". A submarine out of a water tank? He also has teacher pets.
Now that i'm in college, and using chem in my classes, i realize that yes, he was a very hard teacher, but if you study and put effort into you, you'll remember it when you need it
Decent teacher. Gives a lot of quizzes but they're easy if you pay attention. Understands how to relate chemistry a little better to our lives.
things i've learned in his class: amador/foothill much better than cv; he's a moral crusador, the "lone ranger", if u will, of cvhs; and the world is going to end in the near future. also, if u're in regular chemistry, u aint going to college!
hecka hard. but still cool. im glad he talks about college as well. too bad hes hecka hard though, youre making it harder for us to get into college dude!
he's soo freaking hard..he gave fsh. sci the same lab practical as his CHEM Stds.!!! what the heck!!! call him schneckles...he hates that!!!
Very hard, but willing to answer questions, if it weren't for him I wouldn't have ever signed up for SATs or known anything about colleges, keep it up Schnecky!
I had this teacher at DHS and he was the best teacher I have ever had. I never understood or cared to understand chemistry until he showed me. Thanks Schneck.
have him for chem, okay, but less college talk, more chem talk...and go over the homework before we leave class so we actually know what we're doing...
Cool Guy but TEACHES WAY TOO HARD FOR CHEM! He needs to lighten up. He should have noticed that half his class transfered out because he was too hard! Most of those people probably went into an AP class since the AP classes are easier!
Still a great class, but yes, we need more FIRE! At least we do labs a lot and not too much book work all the time...
hard class but not as much fire now than in the begining of the year
Hard class... I would be impossable to pass it if he didn't grade on a curve...
OMG! he is sooo nice! He helps u with everything! he is just a little hard!
he runs his class like the honors classes. no wait, even harder than that!
