He is extremely harsh in his grading. He feels that A- is the best you can get. He is a terrific teacher, but William Shakespeare would get a 90 in his class!(permalink) (report)

He gives way too many essays, and even if you think you are doing seemingly well in his class, he gives you an average grade. 94 = 100 in his mind(permalink) (report)
