Overall a pretty amazing guy and teacher. Even if your not in band just watch him and you can see how much he really loves + enjoys music. He's funny & down to earth once he know's that your dedicated
Freeberg is incredibly strict, so for the longest time I really didn't like him, but I discovered that he's actually a really nice guy...though I wish he'd shave that soul patch
Mr Freeberg is the greatest music teacher I ever had. Those who think otherwise should never have been in band to begin with. He's dedicated and wants to see his students succeed.
Freeberg is so great! I love marching band, and i really appreciate his corney jokes...good music, too. Being in symphonic is more fun than being in concert
Mr Freeberg is a nice teacher but sometimes he can be really strict like when u talk to much or when ur late, just practice ur scales n dont b late, he's cool!!
Contrary to popular belief, Freeburg is not the devil nor the devil's son. If you get to know him he's an extremely nice person in and out of the classroom.
Freeberg expects punctuality and diligence becuase he takes his subject seriously. If you can't handle being a responsible musician than don't take his class.
like a lot of people, you just need to find what you can get away with...he's strict, but if he likes you, you can do what you want
I like Mr. Freeberg. Some people don't, but I think he's great, and also, he has "In the Stone" in the marching band arrangement, which adds to his coolness.
i hate him even know he was never and will never be my teacher. how dear he yell at me @ lincoln center
i really cant think of a single person who likes this guy-hes hard to talk to & he has this wierd obsession w/ punctuality-not everyone is perfect like u!!
He's okay.... but he's really strict and expects you to learn your scales very quickly. And he is big on being late! DON'T BE LATE!!!
STRICT ON PRACTICING YOUR INSTRUMENTS AND ON CUTTING. WILL FAIL OR KICK YOU OUT OF COURSE IF YOU SLACK OFF. I DON'T LIKE HIM.
