Our paths have crossed numerous times and we never once had a decent exchange. It boggles the mind as to why someone like R. Howland would spend four years in college to become a teacher. I'll echo the comments below me: our taxpayer dollars are going towards this man's paycheck. He appears not to care about your child's education. If the district had any common sense they would've intervened years ago and released him. End the madness!

I had a very hard time learning with Mr. Howland. He taught way too fast, and was not very clear.

He actually threw a desk during class. Check it out--all the parents of the students had to be called about his behavior and that to punish him they "suspended" him--with pay of course. Several parents have had to meet regarding this mans behavior. He is a horrible teacher, hates kids, and out tax dollars pay his salary. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS DISTRICT BEFORE BUYING HERE. Pay attention to the comments on this blog--they are true!

He reallyyyy likes when you throw paper airplanes. Even if he denies it, just know it's true. He also likes when people pull out his computer cords, makes him laugh EVERY time.
