In senior precalc he knew the material he was teaching. He had a powerpoint and a lesson plan for each day like most teachers sp he definitely knew the material he was teaching. If there were multiple students that had problems with a specific problem he would do it on the board. He asks if you need any help and is caring about the kids in his class.
Mr.Roffler is a horrible teacher. Last year he had not control over the class and he doesn't even know the topic. He is teaching chords and the kids tricked him into saying chode. If you see him on your schedule transfer. I failed the geometry regents because of him.
Mr. Roffler is a great teacher. He really knows what he is doing and gives students challenging but doable questions. One of the downsides is that he is very lenient and sometimes loses control of the class. I had him for Alg2/Trig and I didn't do very well in the class. But I must say it isn't because he is a terrible teacher, but because I could have focused a bit more.He gives homework almost always as do most math teachers. He sometimes can't explain well, ask questions to understand better.
He is a sweet and caring teacher . He is very knowledgeable and tries to help students. He's actually really nice but maybe too nice because he lets children take advantage of him. His work is not so hard and its mostly the students fall. He tries to explain things as best as he can and does his best. Is a good teacher.
He's very nice and sweet. maybe even a little TOO nice because most kids take advantage of his niceness and go on their phones in class, or play music and he doesn't get mad or anything, just tells them to put it away. he also goes too fast sometimes but if you don't understand he will help you. overall, he's a great teacher but he needs to learn how to be more assertive because some people get so rowdy knowing he won't yell at them or get mad.
Mr. Roffler is a good teacher, if you focus and do the homework you'll understand. I think my main concern that holds him back from being an amazing teacher is that he can't control a classroom at times and maybe that's because he lacks a connection with students or the fact that he isn't authoritative. Overall, good teacher, hits all the main concepts.
He is nice and tries to tech but he doesn't have the confidence to actually tell the class to stop talking as a result the class is extremely loud and u won't be able to learn anything if u get him and u don't know want to transfer out I recommend sitting in the front so u can hear him teach
He's really awkward with his jokes and stuff. If your stuff you're learning is hard, he will give you ALOT of curve. Really nice teacher.
he sweats a lot. so funny. best math teacher when I was in school in 05
Lessons zoom by. There are lots of smart kids in bc, but he forgets not everyone is as quick to catch on. He assumes everyone understands but some of us don't.
Mr Roffler goes too fast... but he's a nice person.. BC is so hard
He is a nice teacher who tried hard to explain everything clearly!~ however sometimes the class is too big and it seems hard, but overall, he is a good teacher!!
BC Calc goes quickly, and it's hard to keep up with because the lessons are rushed, but Roffler tries to make everything clear. Those who pay attention and try will do well. Picky with attendance.
Both of my kids have had Mr. Roffler and have been very impressed with him. Thanks
Very cool techer back in the 98 it was cool. Sounds like he has not changed. Way to go Roffler!!!
he's cool and nice. i love his partial credit. saved me from failing my tests.
Very cool- I was his prized student in a class full of do-nothings. He really liked that I wanted to learn! Gave me a 98. Thanks!
Explains well very clear easy to understand listens to you keep it up Roffmeister!!!
MR.ROFFLER'S CLASS IS SO EASY TO PASS...BUT IT IS VERYYYYY BORING U COULD SLEEP AWAY IN HIS CLASS N HE WOULDNT KNOW...
he is the greatest math teacher ever! he has fun in class and makes it easy to understand. Please don't ever retire!
