Had her for AP US history, and man, was it hard. her tests are very hard, and since im not that good in history, i had a C average. Her lectures are boring but somewhat useful but overall she only teaches 5% of the material. A good soul but bad teach

ap history...smh. when i left charter, my cumulative high school grades were all A's, 2 B's and 1 C. guess which class i got a C in? correct answers to DBQs (somewhat subjective) were a moving target that only "some" could hit. i apparently wasn't one of them, despite multiple hours of studying and even getting private tutoring for the ap class.

Ms. Lober was and still is the greatest teacher I have ever had. A kind, gentle soul, she always put her students in front of herself. Although she is a strict teacher, the workload she gives out is m

Lober was the only teacher that did not believe in me. I think I became a history teacher just to prove I was better. Class of 2000

Lober is a beautiful person but a poor teacher. She often does not cover material as thoroughly as she could/should, and her tests are murderously hard. You will have to work extremely hard to pass.

just parrot anything she says. Tests are very opinionated and very hard. She tests you only on her opinions

Ms. Lober is a nice person, unless she has it in for you. It helps if you are a girl, or a guy who jokes with her. Either way you won't learn anything. And her grading depends on -- well I don't know but it's not logic.

Ms. Lober seemed to be more into her computer than she was into her class. It was definitely my toughest class. On the conterary, she's a really nice person and can be reasonable about grades if you are assertive.

She's a bad teacher and she picks favorites and grades according to who are her favorites, especially with guys, I hate her

Not especially "gifted" as a teacher, and can be less than diplomatic when dealing with students, even when she's the one who messed up. I had her 3 years in a row and for the life of me could not figure out how my grade was calculated (or IF it was calculated. For all I know she picks the numbers out of a hat).

If you need help, you have to come after school. She really never seems to have a good side unless you have her just for homeroom.
