He had a lasting impression on me growing up! He was by far one of my favorite teachers I had as a youth. I now have children of my own and hope that there's such remarkable teachers like him left in the world. Thank you for a job well done Mr. Walden!
Too bad he's retired now. The only problem he had was unclear directions, but other than that, I learned SO MUCH about U.S. History and particularly the Constitution from him. He's a great teacher!
Mr.Walden changed my life, he is such a strict teacher at first, but he just wants to prepare us for high school. I love his teachings and will use them forever, Mr Walden u r the BEST!
He was alright. Although he scared the living daylights out of us, I learned a lot from his class. But yea, he does tell the same stories and advertise the DC trip way too much. By the way, don't go o
Mr. Walden isn't the worst teacher ever, but he does waste a lot of his time just telling stories. i say he is okay, not good or bad, just okay
Mr. Walden is awesome. Don't listen to the rumors that he's mean. As long as you do your work he's an awesome teacher. He has some cool stories to tell and makes class interesting. To you sevis hope f
My favorite teacher. Mr. Walden is probably the strictest teacher on campus, but when you are actually in his class, he tells a lot of cool stories. He is really good at explaining US History.
he plays favorites alot....i thinnk. but hes not as bad as people say he is. And he has cool adv. parties that no one knows about....i almost wanted to transfer, but was scared of siting in front
His class consists of lessons/hw you do yourself, correct amongst yourselves, and projects he acquires from the book/internet. He knows what he's talking about, but he doesn't really ever teach it.
he's pretty cool...as long as you don't get on his nerves or forget your homework. He picks on people too much, but it's funny (when it's not you). The class is ok...but writing questions on tests make you hand hurt.
Although Mr. Walden is strict, he wants the best for us kids and has a good sense of humor. Yea, at times Mr. Walden tells some stories that are related to the subject... and stories are kinda long, but we still learn what we're supposed to in his classes.
Mr. Walden's class was probably the easiest class ever. However, he's sorta lazy. (We turned in an essay in October and got it back in June.) He likes to play favorites, so try to get on his good side. He tells a lot of stories about his experiences (I doubt most of them are even true), but they're fun to hear. It's also cool he shares current events every day before class (though for people like myself who are updated with what's happening around the world find that part of the class really boring).
really chill...especially to honors kids. he doesn't stay on subject a lot, but he teaches you a lot about life and he teaches you stuff that helps you for the rest of high school. he's also hella funny. diss him a lot for me.
Doesn't teach at all in class - only tells stories about his life while making us do a lot of homework.
Bad Students=Torcha. Excellent Students= EXTREMELY FUUNNN AND HELPFUL!!!
he's such a hypocrite... yells at people for no reason... very unclear, doesn't teach, just tells answers and doesn't even care if they're right
wastes time in beginning of class for news "discussion." (But discuss=fun!) Other than that, teaches alright, hard grader, sometimes plays favorite, ok teacher
Good to scare Sebys with stories...not much work in class...so many stories...LOVES HISTORY!!!
ugg....annoying stories...always compared me to the number one student...never gave me 100 no matter how hard I worked....I'd say more but......
If he knows you want to learn he will teach you everything he knows. If you are there to fool around he would just as soon send you out.
He's ok... Kinda harsh though. And hard grader. YEarbook.....
Very boring. I don't think he even knew my name at the end of the year.
