Best high school teaching experience I have had. More similar to a college class setting than any other teacher I have had prior to coming to college. Most knowledgable and best at teaching.

Eccentric and fun. He has a big bark but be reasonable; don't be immature, take the class seriously, have some fun and it'll be a fantastic class with a fantastic teacher.

I loved it when he'd tell us stories that would last the entire class, then at the end, say something like, "I can't believe you believed that. It was all bull"

Very funny man. Advice to future students: for the most part, he only reads the first and last pages of your papers, so don't put too much work into the middle
