He is the best thing to ever exist on planet earth
I've been looking at the comments, and I have to agree with the person in college. You can't just rate somebody lowly because they teach differently. So far this year his method of answering a question with a question really clarifies the material and helps you with skills you will need in college and for your job in the future.
Mr. Arscheene is arrogant, condescending, and, contrary to what his fan-boys and amusingly eccentric music would have you believe, pretty unlikable. If you don't get the material right away, his lectures lead only to further obscurity.
useless. doesn't explain anything and just sits at his desk all day while we do work that he didn't lecture on.
Mr. Arscheene teaches you how to teach yourself, and it's invaluable in college. Trust me, I'm there now. Mr. Arscheene is the smartest man you'll ever meet. And he asks you questions when you ask him in order to make you better understand the material. He answers exactly what you ask him, so know what it is you're trying to ask before you do. He's very understanding and has a great sense of humor. Mr. Arscheene is the bets teacher I've ever had.
look he's a nice guy, but he doesn't teach. he tells us to do problems and says if we ask questions then he'll help. but then he just answers our questions with another question! he makes physics l
I honestly learn close to nothing when he is my teacher, and I hate it. He is a nice person though, and will help you if you ask for it.
Just a bad teacher. Never seemed like he had the passion to teach anybody anything.
Easy class because of the curve system. Hard subject, and he doesn't teach. He just sits at his desk and passes out assignments, which he barely explains. Wish there were more people with lower grades
One of the most influential teachers I have ever had
he might not be the easiest teacher at mst, but if you need help and you ask him, he will help you! he helps you in a way that makes you answer your own question and figure it out on your own.
My least favorite class at MST. I don't agree with his teaching approach, if you even call what he did teaching.
I'm so happy that he uses Z-scores. They bumped up my exam grade so much... and he plays music from Tibet. XD
hes a cool teacher he makes tests really hard but does an insane z score curve thingy that makes a 46% into a B-
He is an easy teacher, but leaves us completely unprepared for the AP tests. No Electricity and Magnetism... There are two weeks left until AP and we haven't even covered C Physic
Although I was only in his class a short time, he was a good teacher. He explained things in a way that you could understand. Didn't leave you hanging out to dry
You will never fully appreciate the awesomeness of Mr. Arscheene until you have experienced the pure boredom of college physics profs.
He deifinitely is great at getting you to link together the knowledge you already have to get to the answers, by asking questions.
Mr Arscheene is the greatest teacher ever. His class has changed my life. When I grow up i want to be a physicsist just like him. Mr. Arscheene you are my hero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Knows what he's doing, but you're on your own in this class.
wow you can so tell he knows what hes teaching and he makes it seem so simple. he really looks out for us and tries to help us in every way possible
Very soothing voice/words, makes you feel right at home.
Mr. Arscheene was my teacher 6 years ago in high school (Ford) and he was one of the best teachers I ever had! His teaching inspired me to become a teacher.
This teacher leads you to teach yourself through asking questions. One of the best teachers. Beware the LOOK....
Doesn't lecture very often because of the nature of the subject, but lectures always clear up tricky stuff. Teaches easier method than @ home school.
The class is fun and he knows what he's talking about. Now if i could just undestand what he's saying a little better...
Although I spend most of my time swimming in physics formulas and problems, he's always there to help. He's very easy to talk to as well.
