Loved learning from him. He does pick music that's a stretch for the students' abilities, but that's the only way for music students to learn. Loved band with him.

It's frustrating the way he chooses music that ends up being too hard for the band to preform well. Its difficult to work so hard on a piece & then have a terrible preformance bc people don't practice

Nice guy, but a lot of flaws. He is too lax, never follows through, and hardly allows student input when it comes to music choices. Hope you have his taste in music.
