You need to self teach I had a hard time in his class and ended up getting a 69 on the regents so he's really not useful at all. Please transfer out if you have him.

I was in his Chemistry class last year. Although Dr. Anderson is an easy teacher, he doesn't teach well. His class is an easy grade, but you won't score too well only by listening in class - because he doesn't give many notes. In class, you can totally get him off track by slowly changing the topic. He doesn't really mind, I mean - it happened all the time. Be prepared to do mostly self-studying!

Dr. Anderson is funny but he can not teach. He is horrible at teaching. I don't learn anything in his class. The only reason he came to Tech, was to coach the tennis team.

One of the funniest teachers I ever had. I have him for sophomore chem. He teaches well and makes the entire class laugh all the time.

knows his stuff well, but hardly teaches. you mainly do presentations (org chem class im talking about here). if he doesn't like you though (he likes to the smart and/or entertaining kids), you would have a tough time. take his jokes with a grain of salt and you'll be fine. take notes.study. and you'll pass with flying colors. if your test grades aren't so good, just do more presentations (easy 95).

This teacher is awesome. I got a 99 in his class. My advise is do as many presentations as you can. Keep asking him for a presentation and attend his tutoring. Had him for Orgo. And dont get on his bad side.

He doen't teach much, but if your not going to major in chem in college, then dont worry about it. The subject with a different teacher can get veyr difficult so his class is pretty easy in comparison. His jokes can get mean, but just learn to laugh at yourself.

Psycho teacher. He has favorites that usually do not take tests and do not take the final. He himself has admitted to letting his students do his work and it seems like he'd rather spend his time picking fights with people. Observant.

Goes off on psychotic tangents... not that this is a bad thing, but, I've put my head down in class sometimes to wake up 20 minutes later with him still off on some other subject.
Strange, often bizarre stories aside, he's a good teacher. The problem comes when the students do the presentations, and do them poorly - there's a bit too much of a reliance on good presentations to do well on tests. But he will jump in and fix things if they go really south.

Hard teacher. Tests are 3 periods long and require a lot of memorization (organic chem). He checks labs on the randomest days. However he is somewhat nice when not mad.

if you have him for organic chem: don't get on his bad side - make SURE all your labs are done properly (just copy off your partner), do 2 or more presentatinos and study for tests. great guy
