While Mr.Inouye does tend to slur through most of his notes he will provide help if asked for by the student. What gets hard is how he has such high expectations that we might not reach such as expecting us to master the material after only about 3 times of seeing it. It would take more in depth analysis to fully comprehend it ,but for the most part he does just fine teaching 9th grade math to 8th graders.

HE SHOULD RETIRE. GOODBYE. He is the most confusing teacher i have ever had in my entire life. his powerpoints are useless and his handwriting sucks. He mumbles to much, and whenever he shows you a math problem he gets it wrong. TRANSFER RIGHT ON OUTTA HERE IF YOU DON'T ALREADY KNOW 9TH GRADE MATH. And princesses can't have as many princes as they want!!

Inouye is by far the worst math teacher maybe even teacher in alta sierra he doesn't clarify anything he gets confused with his owbnwork and half the time when u ask a question just rewrites the question and does it the way you shouldn't do it. If by any chance you get in his class transfer classes asap.

Smart, but his teaching methods are pretty bad. Needs to stop mumbling and talk a little louder. And the powerpoints need a lot of help. Pretty much useless if you're trying to learn with his power points.

Couldn't teach you if both your lives depended on it. You can't read his handwriting & he assigns tons of homework. When the homework is due though, he is never finished with the powerpoint of answers. Plan on teaching yourself everything. Google will be a good friend of yours. He's also kind of sexist and racist. There was a kid in my class that wasn't understanding, so he asked them if he needed to explain in Spanish. Then there was this one unit he said all the girls would fail...just because

This teacher is the worst. You can't read his handwriting and you can't understand a word that he says. He also never teaches anything. Do not take this class unless you plan to teach yourself everything off of a poorly written power point.

Mr. Inouye is a sincerely kind person and very helpful, but as a math teacher, he tends to mumble to himself a lot is constantly on us for not participating/asking questions in class. He always uses powerpoints that tend to have a lot of errors in them. In general though, his class is very easy to succeed in, as long as you put forth effort in your classwork and actually use your notebook for the quizzes (yes, he lets you use your notebook on quizzes).

Mr. Inouye is so confusing and I'm surprised I have an A in his class. If you can't independently learn math from a book, good luck. He always picks on people for not doing their homework but rarely does his own power points. He is really bad at explaining problems, and he constantly says people aren't asking enough questions, but even when we do ask questions he doesn't really help.

He is super nice but is completely clueless. Doesn't even teach and when you ask for help he confuses you more than you were at the start. I'd be better off if I had no teacher at all. Assigns way too much work in little time and his system is lazy and confusing. He would be better if he wasn't so lazy and careless. He makes countless mistakes and never catches them. Mr.Inouye is a pretty good teacher. I got in trouble with him a lot because I loved to talk but he did explain lessons very well. Watch out cause he picks students random so make sure you are on track and you'll have a great year.
