Excellent teacher! Brings literature to life. Smart, funny, and wants his students to succeed!
So condescending its unbelievable, he thinks he's actually teaching a college class, but treats us like we know nothing. He needs a serious attitude check and makes everyone's day miserable.
Great teacher, he really knows what he's talking about. if you don't read the assigned books, you'll do pretty badly in his class.. so just do the work, its not too bad. besides, he keeps class pretty
Mr. Johnson is a great teacher! He is really dedicated to his job, and gives students the opportunity to love english. As long as you participate in his class, you will be fine!
One of PHS's best teachers! Love this guy! Great class! Very dramatic and entertaining!
I was in Scott's class in 1998. His attempts at humor were disconcerting, embarrassing, and unsuccessful. He falsely accused me of plagarizing a paper. He is a witless narcissist who deserves scorn
He really has way to teach Shakepeare. He is fabolous!!!!
Absolutely one of the most brilliant teachers in the school. Great sense of humor, great charisma -- I don't think I've used SparkNotes for a text yet this year!
Mr. J is really a great teacher. He's passionate about English and his classes are discussion-based and low key. Tough grader though!
he is cool. a tough grader though. he is kind of intimidating if you are the shy type. he is loud and very dramatic . dont even ask about the ant stories.. omg!
Mr. Johnson is very dramatic which could be scary! I was scared... but if you go along with it.. you will have the best english year.. with his hard grading!
I had Mr. J. in 1979-80...no, that's not a typo. Glad to see you're hanging in there after all these years. I'm a teacher now, too. Thanks!
His english class wasn't that hard and I was able to understand Shakespeare better because of him. If you care about learning, Johnson is the best.
Scotty is cool out of class but he must have watched 2 many of those sifi movies b/c he thinks his students are computers and can do 10 papers at once.(mystery)
I could not stand his class. I love English but enough with Shakespeare!
