Aug 13, 2012 Not a very encouraging person. Told me my sophomore year he would never put me on stage because he could depend on me backstage and because I didn't belong on stage.... I ended up going to college for theater without his approval and just finished my 2nd Broadway tour. I hope he doesn't break other student's dreams like he almost broke mine. Flag Rating

Jul 09, 2010 He was pure selfish. His projects made no sense, and were designed to fail us. He has a set group of favorites and ONLY casts them as the leads. He doesn't know when to stop talking. Goodbye. Flag Rating

Jun 09, 2010 He should have been fired for stealing the money! Why wasn't he? I'm so glad he's gone. He precasts shows and plays favorites all the time. No other school should hire him! Flag Rating

May 30, 2010 Mr. Pafumi is a master teacher. He has built a theatre program that most colleges would be proud of. Those that have rated him poorly are undoubtedly lashing out after not being cast. Flag Rating

Feb 03, 2010 Doesn't like you unless you have promising talent. Saves all the best parts and projects for his favorite students. I agree with the 'makes you feel worthless' bit. Very arrogant. Flag Rating

Jan 22, 2009 he pressures you to join theater by saying that you have to be in the class to get cast in shows. then, he chooses shows with really small casts and he chooses the same students all of the time. Flag Rating

Jan 03, 2009 I started with Mr. P back in Middle School in 2000. Even though he left Longfellow for Westfield, he continued to help me and my sister (she is a dancer). Now I live in NYC, work on B'Way (LION KING) Flag Rating
